BAL&HOP is a swing dance event where you can do Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Shag together, bringing together top instructors and dancers around the world.
Event Philosophy
It is possible for all styles in BAL&HOP. We do not divide the boundaries of Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Shag. We aim to create an inclusive environment where dancers of all levels can come together and learn.

Event History
BAL&HOP has been growing since its first event in 2022 and is now recognized as a notable swing dance event in Asia. Each year, we invite famous instructors and artists from around the world to introduce various styles of swing dance.
BAL&HOP 2025 featured main instructors Vasu & Fancy alongside guest instructors, running 2-track workshops for Balboa and Shag.

BAL&HOP 2024 was the first 3-day event in Kyungseong Hall, featuring international main instructors Blake & Grace from the US, and workshops and performances

- First Korean Shag Contest and 6 contests including

- DJs Robin, Rosa, Maeto, Major, Mirko, Sabok, Sophia, and Haerim
BAL&HOP 2023 was the second party held on October 1 at Kyungseong Hall.
